The payment of all the fees is charges as TaxExcise.com, we accept credit and debit cards. TaxExcise will not issue a refund for returns rejected by the IRS.

Refund Policy

  • Refund will not be given once the return has been transmitted / Submitted to the IRS.
  • TaxExcise and ThinkTrade, Inc. reserve the right for processing / declining a refund request.
  • Refund claimed after 30 days from payment will not be processed.
  • Transaction fees and other applicable fees will be deducted while processing a Refund.
  • Refund request has to be emailed to support@taxexcise.com with REFUND in the subject, with complete reason for refund request and details.
